摘  要:为了明确国内外机械化栽培高粱品种的性状差异,加快我国机械化栽培高粱品种的选育进程,试验对国内9个和国外5个机械化栽培高粱品种的主要农艺性状和品质性状进行测定,并对产量与主要农艺性状进行多元线性回归分析。结果表明,国内外机械化栽培高粱品种间株高、穗长、千粒质量和产量均无显著差异,生育期、穗宽、单株穗粒质量差异达显著水平(P<0.05),茎粗、穗茎长度、地上可见叶片数、单株叶面积、分蘖数差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。品质性状分析结果表明,国内外机械化栽培高粱品种间籽粒蛋白质和脂肪含量差异均不显著,淀粉含量差异显著(P<0.05),单宁含量差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。主要农艺性状相关性研究结果表明,国内外供试机械化高粱品种生育期与株高呈极显著正相关,单株穗粒质量与穗茎长度呈显著负相关;地上可见叶片数与生育期呈极显著正相关,与株高呈显著正相关,与穗茎长度和分蘖数呈显著负相关;产量与地上可见叶片数和单株穗粒质量呈极显著正相关,与生育期呈显著正相关,与穗茎长度呈显著负相关,与株高和千粒质量呈正相关,但相关性不显著,与分蘖数呈负相关,相关性不显著。产量(Y)与品种的地上可见叶片数(X1)和单株穗粒质量(X2)的最优二元线性回归方程为Y=2 102.775 7+360.645 6X1+39.556 9X2。In order to clear agronomic character differences of mechanical cultivation sorghum varieties at home and abroad, and speed up mechanical sorghum breeding process of our country, main agronomic and quality characters of 9 domestic mechanical cultivation sorghum cross combination and 5 mechanical cultivation sorghum hybrids abroad were determined, multivariate linear regression analysis on yield and main agronomic characters were carried out in the study. The results showed that there was no significant difference between domestic and abroad mechanical cultivation sorghum hybrids on plant height, ear length, 1 000-grain weight and yield, but significant difference on growth period, ear width and ear grain weight per plant(P〈0.05), extremely significant difference on stem diameter, ear extension, leaf number, leaf area per plant and tiller number(P〈0.01). Quality analysis result showed that there was no significant difference between domestic and abroad mechanical cultivation sorghum grain protein and crude fat content, but significant difference on starch content(P〈0.05), extremely significant difference on tannin content(P〈0.01). Correlation analysis showed that mechanical cultivation sorghum growth period was extremely positively correlated with plant height, ear grain weight per plant was negatively correlated with ear extension, leaf number was extremely positively correlated with growth period, positively correlated with plant height, negatively correlated with ear extension and tiller number. Yield was extremely positively correlated with leaf number and ear grain weight per plant, positively correlated with growth period, negatively correlated with ear extension, not significantly positive correlated with plant height and 1 000-grain weight, not significantly negative correlated with tiller number. Optimal binary linear regression equation of yield(Y)and leaf number(X1), ear grain weight per plant(X2)was Y = 2 102.775 7+360.645 6X1+39.556 9X2.
