摘 要:开展梨树杂交实生后代高水分利用效率株系的早期筛选,对抗旱品种的培育和干旱地区梨产业的发展具有重要意义。通过CI-301PS便携式光合仪采用开放式气路对玉露香与黄冠梨30个杂交后代进行测定。结果表明,30个杂交后代的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)存在显著差异,进一步对30个杂交后代的Pn,Tr和WUE进行聚类分析,均可将30个杂交后代分为高中低三大类,并从中鉴定出3个水分利用效率较高的高光合杂交后代S12,S13,S14。The seedling early screening of high water use efficiency of pear filial generations lines to carry out, has significance to the cultivation of drought resistant varieties and the development of pear industry in arid area. By using open gas pat CI-301 PS photosynthesis system, 30 filial generations of Yuluxiang pear and Huangguan pear were measured, the results showed that there were significant difference of 30 filial generations in net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr)and water use efficiency(WUE). Cluster analysis was further used to study the photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr)and water use efficiency(WUE)of 30 filial generations, which could be divided into 3 categories, and from which identified 3 higer photosynthetic water use efficiency filial generations S12, S13, S14.
