摘 要:奶牛布氏杆菌病是由布氏杆菌引起的一种人畜共患传染病,具有传染性强、传播速度快的特点。奶牛是布氏杆菌病最易感动物,近年来随着奶牛业的迅猛发展,人畜感染布氏杆菌的阳性病例明显增加,严重威胁着我国奶牛业的健康发展,并危害人类健康。晋北地区是山西省奶牛养殖密集区域,研究开展了晋北地区奶牛布氏杆菌病发病情况调查,确诊阳性率达到13.79%,远高于全国布氏杆菌感染阳性率(3.57%)。因此,加强对晋北区域布氏杆菌病的防控极为必要。Brucellosis is essentially a disease of animals, especially domesticated livestock, caused by bacteria of the brucella group with humans as an accidental host, which is must be reported by the Word Health Organization(OIE)and is classified as second kind of loemia in China. The development of dairy industry is threatened by brucellosis because the dairy cow is susceptible to brucella which proved devastating to dairy cow. With the fast development of dairy industry and the the increasing of the amount of dairy cow in recent years, brucellosis have spread widely in a number of provinces and cities. North area is dairy farming-intensive area in Shanxi province,this study was carried out to investigate the incidence of brucellosis in dairy cows, the positive rate was 13.79%, well above the national positive rate of 3.57%. Given the hazard of brucellosis, it is necessary to take some measures to control it.
