摘  要:通过计算分析,得出管径、管路材质和壁厚选择、管路压力损失核算等参数,并从经济效益角度分析得出高压无缝钢管作为综采工作面顺槽的高压乳化液管路代替高压胶管使用是切实可行的。Advocate saving, potentialities and efficiency, is the enterprise sustainable and healthy development path. The emulsion pump stationeoal of fully-mechanized mining use steel pipe instead of high-pressure hose, on the one hand can reduce production cost, on the other hand can improve the safety production management level. In this paper, the calculation results show that parameters such as the pipe diameter, the selection of pipeline material and wall thickness, line pressure loss calculation. And analysis from the angle of the economic benefit show that high-pressure seamless steel tube as high pressure emulsion pipeline of fully-mechanized mining instead of high-pressure hose is practical and feasible.
