摘  要:简述了采煤机液压调高系统的工作原理;利用AMESim中液压元件设计库建立了部分液压元件仿真模型,并完成了采煤机液压调高系统仿真模型。对采煤机液压调高系统进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明仿真模型是可靠的。该仿真模型的建立有助于对采煤机液压调高系统的进一步研究与改进。The working principle of height-regulating hydraulic system of shearer was briefly introduced. Part of the hydraulic component simulation model based on hydraulic component design of AMESim was built, and completed the simulation model of the height-regulating hydraulic system of shearer. Then the simulation analysis for height-regulating hydraulic system of shearer was done, and the simulation results showed that the simulation model was reliable. The establishment of the simulation model is useful to further research and improvement of the height-regulating hydraulic system of shearer.
