基于ANSYS的JDC调度绞车减速器箱体的瞬态动力学分析

摘　　要：利用ANSYS软件建立JDC110调度绞车变速器箱体的简化模型,并用此软件对箱体进行瞬态动力学分析,得到箱体最大等效应力节点、最大向量位移节点的时间响应曲线以及不同时刻的应力云图。分析结果表明在瞬间冲击载荷的作用下,箱体的强度、刚度满足许用要求,验证了箱体设计的可行性。A simplified model of JDC110 Dispatch Winch＇s reductor box is established by using Ansys software. Time response curves of the node with maximum von mises stress and node with maximum displacement vector sum as well as von mises stress contours at different time are attained through the Ansys software. The analysis results show that under the effects of transient load, the reductor box ＇s strength and stiffness are meet the allowable requirements. Meanwhile, the feasibility of redactor box ＇s design has been verified.
