摘 要:制动系统是矿井提升机的重要子系统之一,其安全可靠性直接影响矿井提升机的正常运行和矿井的安全生产。依据制动系统故障树模型阐述了制动系统失效的主要影响因素,建立了制动系统的可靠性框图,重点分析了子系统中盘形制动器的可靠性指标,探讨了安全保护系统和压力弹簧的安全可靠性设计,依据人机工程学理论分析了人的可靠性,提出了制动系统的可靠性维修技术,为矿井提升机制动系统的安全可靠性分析与设计提供理论依据。Braking system is an important subsystem mine hoist, security and reliability of braking system directly affects normal operation of the mine hoist and safety in mine production. Introduced the main factors braking system failure based on Fault Tree model of braking system in this paper,established the reliability of the block diagram of the braking system, Focused on the reliability indices of the disc brake subsystem, explored the safety and reliability design of security systems and the the spring,analyzed the reliability design of human,proposed the reliability maintenance technology of braking system, provided a theoretical basis for the analysis and design of the safety and reliability of mine hoist braking system.
