摘　　要：计算机数值模拟技术在生产中具有广泛的应用,利用数值模拟软件V-Cast对掘进机星轮的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,避免了各种质量缺陷的产生,获得了合理的铸造工艺。利用计算机模拟技术,缩短了生产周期,降低了能源消耗,获得了良好的经济效益。Computer numerical simulation technology is widely used in the production. The simulation software V-Cast was applied to analyze the solidification process of roadheader star wheel, avoiding the actual casting process of the shrinkage defects, obtained the reasonable casting process. The production cycle is shorten and energy consumption is reduced. So the economic benefits are obtained.
