摘　　要：反击式破碎机组合板锤由组合耐磨条和板锤本体构成,经组合耐磨条上的榫头与板锤本体中的榫槽连接构成整体板锤。应用该工艺制造的组合板锤,实现了占整个板锤重量85%以上的板锤本体长时间使用,并且做到易损件快速更换。不仅节约了大量的金属材料,而且还提高了破碎机的生产效率。Counterattack crusher unit plate hammer by the combination of the wear-resistant strip and plate hammer body composed of connected to form a whole,plate hammer through mortise tenon and the plate hammer body combinationwear-resistant strip in. Combined application of the manufacturing technology ofthe plate hammer, realized more than accounted for the entire plate hammer weight 85%of the plate hammer body and long time use, and achieve rapidreplacement of wearing parts. Not only saves a large amount of metal materials,but also improves the production efficiency of the crushing machine.
