摘 要:腐蚀是造成煤矿综采设备失效的主要原因之一,随着我国煤矿采煤的机械化程度不断提高,综采设备的腐蚀问题也日益得到关注。由于煤炭开采环境阴暗、潮湿,且矿井水质成分复杂,井下采煤机械设备的腐蚀现象严重。在对煤矿机械腐蚀研究的基础上,查阅了大量文献,从煤矿矿井水酸碱度、矿井水矿化度、粉尘、温湿度以及微生物等几个方面对综采设备的腐蚀机理进行了较深入的探讨,并对各种情况下的材料及工艺的选择提出了建议。Corrosion is one of the major failure ways of fully mechanized coal mining equipment. With the continuous improvement of mechanization degree of China's coal mining,the corrosion problem of fully mechanized coal mining equipment has caused extensive concerns. Due to the dark, damp coal mining environment and complex composition coalmine water, the corrosion of fully mechanized coal mining equipment is very serious. Based on our research on the corrosion of the coal mine machinery,the corrosion mechanism of coal mine fully mechanized mining equipment is discussed in this paper respectively from the effects of p H, salinity, temperature, humidity, dust and microorganism. Some suggestions on the choices of materials and process for various corrosive conditions are also proposed.
