摘　　要：结合王庄煤业地面洗选系统的洗选工艺要求,运用PLC智能控制技术和组态软件显示技术,设计了一套地面洗选智能监控系统。通过该系统,可以实现对地面洗选系统进行了有效的监控,从而解决了地面洗选系统自动化程度低,相互闭锁不紧密,操作控制繁杂的问题。Article combined with the actual situation of the coal mine, Combining with the wangzhuang coal washing system ground the washing process requirement, use PLC intelligent control technology and configuration software display technology, design a set of ground washing and intelligent monitoring system. Through the system, can realize effective monitoring of ground washing system, so as to solve the low automatic degree ground washing system, mutual atresia is not tight, operation control and complex problems.
