摘　　要：通过对煤矿地面矸石山传统矿车翻矸工序的分析与研究,提出了一套绳式推车机作业工艺,即利用低速液压大扭矩马达来驱动绳式推车机从而驱动绳轮,进而带动推车机小车的来回往复动作,而小车的来回往复动作是通过换向阀来实现,该系统在陈四楼煤矿地面矸石山得到成功应用,结果表明,绳式推车机的成功应用,具有很好的应用效果。Mine waste dump ground by turning the traditional tub refuse analysis and research process,aset of rope pusher craft work,namely the use of low speed high torque hydraulic motor to drive the rope pusher to drive the sheave,thereby bringing pusher trolley back and forth action,and the car back and forth motion is achieved by reversing valve,the system Chensilou coal mining waste dump has been successfully applied,the results show that the successful application of rope pusher,with a good application eddect.
