摘 要:由于掘进机工作环境复杂恶劣,在截割过程中极易产生较大的动载荷,导致设备零部件损坏,影响整机使用寿命及工作性能。通过Pro/E软件进行建模,并导入ANSYS中,建立有限元模型。采用虚拟样机技术,对截割系统进行了动力学分析。应用ANSYS-Workbench软件,对截割机构进行模态分析,并根据获取的模态参数信息,分析了其低阶模态振型,得出振动位移是影响截割工作性能及零部件可靠性的主要因素。为截割机构的优化设计及结构改进提供了理论参考。Cutting system executes the main function of longitudinal roadheader that to cut and collect rocks, therefore, its cut-working stability influence on the performance of the whole machine importantly. In the view of the existing problems of using the cutting unit of EBZ-75 roadheader, the stress-strain characteristics are studied under external loads, modeling through Pro/e software and import in ANSYS, establishment of finite element model. Using modal analysis method and virtual prototyping technology, the dynamics analysis to the cut-working system is made in the thesis.According to the modal parameters information of the cutting mechanism obtained, analyzed its low order modes, the vibration displacement mainly influenced on the cut-working precision and the reliability of parts, which can supply academic reference for the optimization design and structure improvement of cutting unit.
