摘 要:选取新疆某地膨润土进行提纯,并进行表征。在含油污泥裂解过程中,分别加入一定比例的提纯膨润土,探讨其对含油污泥处理的影响。结果显示,在氮气流速为200 m L/min、起始温度为30℃、升温速率为10℃/min、持续加热温度450℃、裂解时长3 h的条件下,仅含油污泥存在的情况下,原油回收率只有29.56%,而当提纯膨润土加入量达到含油污泥质量的2%时,原油回收率可达53.68%。黏土矿物有效提高了含油污泥裂解过程中的油品回收率。Bentonite resources are rich in Xinjiang. The bentonite were prepared through purification method and characterized by characterization method. The decomposition of oily sludge was mixed with various ratio of bentonite, respectively. The results showed that the flow rate of nitrogen 200 m L/min, starting temperature 30 ℃, heating rate 10 ℃/min, continuous heating temperature 450 ℃, pyrolysis time 3 h, as soon as the oily sludge was alone, the recovery rate of oil was 29.56%. However, put 2% ratio of purified bentonite in pyrolysis, the recovery of oil had up to 53.68%.
