摘  要:以提钒尾渣为原料,从基质配料、碱激发剂种类、碱激发剂用量、水固比4个方面考察制备提钒尾渣地聚物的最佳试验条件。研究表明:当偏高岭土(MK)掺量为20%,以Na2Si O3和Na OH的混合溶液作为碱激发剂,其中Na2Si O3的掺量为10%,Na OH的掺量为11%,水固比为0.32时,标准养护28 d后,试样的抗压性能良好。对最佳试样进行微观分析,发现提钒尾渣在碱激发剂的作用下发生了解聚-缩聚过程,聚合反应的主要产物是类沸石相和C-S-H,凝胶相和结晶相互纵横联结形成紧密的三维网络结构,从而使提钒尾渣基地聚物的抗压性能优良。Gepolymers are prepared by vanadium tailings in the best condition. The influence of substrate ingredient, the type and the dosage of alkali excitation and the water solid ratio are studied. The experimental results are listed as follows: the metakaolin content is 20%, the type of alkali excitation is the composite catalyst of Na2 Si O3 and Na OH, the dosage of Na2 Si O3 and Na OH is 10% and 11%, respectively, the water solid ratio is 0.32, the product has a good compression resistance. The results of microanalysis concluded that: polymerization has been occurred during alkali-activation of vanadium tailings, and zeolites, C-S-H were synthesized. The close three-dimensional network structure was formed in this process. These are the reasons why the VT-based geopolymers have a good compression resistance.
