广州研发外包发展现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：提出发展广州研发外包的意义,分析广州研发外包的发展特征,发现广州研发外包存在总体规模小、龙头企业缺乏、人才不足、行业服务水平低等主要问题,最后从构建良好发展环境,延伸价值链,提升企业研发供给能力,提高服务水平,建设人才集聚地,推进技术市场发展等方面提出加快推进广州研发外包发展的对策建议。This paper firstly presents the important significance of developing Guangzhou R＆D outsourcing, and then ana- lyzes the development characteristics of Guangzhou R＆D outsourcing. This paper concludes the problems of Guangzhou R ＆ D outsourcing such as small overall scale, the lack of leading enterprises, shortage of talent, low level of industry service. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures on accelerating Guangzhou R＆D outsourcing from the perspectives of con- structing sound environment, extending value chain, enhancing enterprises＇ R＆D supply capacity, improving service lev- els, attracting talents, and promoting the development of technology market.
