摘　　要：系统论述世界六大新兴海洋产业(海洋可再生能源,海洋工程装备、深海资源开发、海水利用、海洋生物医药和邮轮经济)的发展情况,并在此基础上,提出促进我国新兴海洋产业发展的对策建议,一是制定产业发展总体规划,因地制宜;二是加强金融和财政政策对新兴海洋产业的支持力度;三是实施引智计划,抢占全球技术市场;四是开展深海资源调查,搭建国际合作平台,新兴海洋产业是世界海洋经济的未来,将成为新的经济增长点。This paper discusses the six new marine industries＇ development status and trends, which are marine renewable energy, marine engineering equipment, deep ocean resource exploitation, utilization of seawater, marine bio - pharmaceuti- cal and cruise economy. And on this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions to promote China＇ s emerging marine indus- tries： making overall planning according to the circumstances; strengthening the financial and fiscal policy to support emer- ging marine industries ; implementing ＂intelligence import plan＂ and seizing global technology market; carrying out deep o- cean resource investigation and building international cooperation platform.
