从影响福建GDP的经济地理要素看福建生态文明示范区建设

摘　　要：收集福建省各市县区(市指县级市)的经济、人口、交通、土地利用状况等数据,构建城镇常住人口、乡村常住人口、耕地面积、林地面积、园地面积、城镇工矿用地面积、农村居民点用地面积、通车里程、到最近港口的货运单价(40柜)与GDP的关系模型.回归分析表明,在上述要素中,城镇常住人口、城镇工矿用地面积、到最近港口的货运单价(40柜)可以解释福建各区县GDP约90%的差异.通过分析建议:福建省短期内可加强土地整理与置换,促进中北部沿海地区区位优势的实现;中长期的发展则需要加大科技投入,提高林地利用率和产出以及优化主体功能区划等.这样,才能使福建省实现真正意义上的可持续发展,成为全国先进的生态文明示范区.In this essay, data of various counties （districts） in Fujian province, including e- conomy, population, traffic mileage, land utilization condition, et al were collected. A model was set to estimate GDP by urban population, rural population, areas of forest, arable land, garden, ur- ban and industrial land, and rural residential land, traffic mileage, and freight price （40 general cargo）. Analysis of regression showed that the variance of GDP of different counties （districts） of Fujian province can be explained by urban population, area of urban and industrial land, and freight price （40 general cargo） by 90%. That means that Fujian province is necessary to further expan- sion of urban and industrial land area, strengthen the land consolidation and replacement in short. Fujian is necessary to increase investment in science and technology, to improve the total factor pro- ductivity, to improve forest land utilization and output, and to optimize main function division in the medium and long term.
