摘　　要：[目的]了解基层医疗卫生机构中医药现状。[方法]采用查阅文献、问卷调查等方法。[结果]84.62%的社区卫生服务中心和73.86%的乡镇卫生院设有中医科室;电针仪、PDT(光动力疗法)神灯、火罐和推拿床配置情况较好,康复器械和中药雾化吸入设备配置情况较差;平均每所基层医疗卫生机构中医科拥有人数为3.05人,职称以初级为主。[结论]部分地区基层医疗机构还未开设中医科室、没有配备中药房、中医特色设备配套不齐全、中医药人员相对不足,整体素质有待提高。Objective To investigate current situation of traditional Chinese medicine of primary health institutes in Shandong province. Methods Use Literature reading and questionnaire investigation. Results There were 84.62% community health service centers and 73.86% township health centers established the traditional Chinese medicine department. The configuration of electro acupuncture apparatus, PDT lamp, cupping and massage bed were better. The configuration of rehabilitation and traditional Chinese medicine atomizing inhalation were poor. The average staffs of each primary health institutions regions were 3.05, mainly in the primary title. Conclusions Some of primary health institutes hasn＇t established the traditional Chinese medicine department and pharmacy, the traditional Chinese medicine equipment is not complete, the personnel of traditional Chinese medicine are relatively insufficient and the quality is not high. Based on this, some policy suggestions are put forward for traditional Chinese medicine
