摘　　要：从病人价值出发,分析了病人价值与业务流程的关系,提出了基于病人的价值链的医院业务流程的管理框架,并对医院业务流程的管理框架进行了系统论述,提出了基于病人的价值链的医院业务流程的管理的实施原则与程序。This research analyzed the relationship between the patient value and business process based on the meaning of patient value, and then put forward the hospital business process management framework on account of patient value chain, and systematically discussed the hospital business process management framework system, on this basis, this research put forward the implementation principle and procedures of the hospital business process management based on patient value chain, and provide leaders of hospitals theoretical support and guidance for the upgrading and improvement of business process management.
