玉溪市1989—2014年暗娼人群艾滋病综合干预效果分析

摘　　要：为评估玉溪市近25年来对暗娼人群进行艾滋病综合干预措施效果,为该人群的艾滋病/性传播疾病控制提供有力依据。总结了对暗娼人群开展的主要综合干预工作,通过历年行为学、血清学调查结果的对比分析发现:暗娼人群艾滋病知晓率由46.41%提高到97.41%(P<0.001);最近一次商业性行为安全套使用比例由56.01%上升为98.24%(P<0.001);最近1年HIV检测比例由22.01%提高到84.37%(P<0.001);最近12个月内获得过优惠/免费性病治疗的比例由1.77%上升41.35%(P<0.001);艾滋病阳性检出率由1.28%下降为0.18%;梅毒阳性检出率由4.13%下降为0.31%;丙肝检出率由0.46%下降至0.23%。To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention among female sex workers with 25 years observed,and to provide powerful basis for AIDS/STDS control. Summarizes main comprehensive intervention working to female sex workers. Compares and analyzes through behavioristics and serology survey over the years. It shows that HIV/AIDS awareness of female sex workers was from 46.41% to 97.41%（P〈0.001）.A recent commercial sex proportion of condom use from 56.01% to 98.24%（P〈0.001）. HIV testing in recent year was from 22.01% to 84.37%（P〈0.001）. The ration of receiving STD treatment of preferential and free from 1.77% to 41.35%（P〈0.001）.HIV positive rate was from 1.28% to 0.18%.The syphilis positive rate was from 4.13% to 0.31%. HCV detection rate was from 0.46% to 0.23%.
