摘  要:分析了松辽盆地沙河子组地层地质特点,并进行了泥页岩理化性能测定试验。结果表明:沙河子组地层坍塌层位岩样存在大量裂缝,遇水极易分散;该区易发生井壁不稳定情况。研究了井壁失稳的机理,根据该地区井壁稳定状况及施工情况,优化了泡沫钻井液体系的发泡剂和稳泡剂的类型及加量,确定了适合该地区现场应用的微泡沫钻井液体系配方(w):1.5%的DF-1发泡剂和0.5%的生物聚合物XC为稳泡剂。优化后的微泡沫钻井液体系具有更好的抑制性和防塌效果,现场应用结果表明:对储层损害后的渗透率恢复值在87%以上,能够有效地控制井塌、提高钻速,且具有良好的储层保护特性功能。The geologic characteristics of Shahezi group stratum in Songliao Basin are analyzed. The results of physical and chemical property determination test of mud shale show that there are plenty of cracks existed in rock formation of Shahezi group stratum,which is easily dispersed by water and leads to borehole instability. The mechanism of borehole instability is studied. According to the borehole stability status and construction conditions,the type and dosage of foaming agent and foam stabilizer in drilling fluid system are optimized,and the optimum formula of micro-foam drilling fluid is determined( mass fraction) : 1. 5% DF-1 foaming agent and0. 5% XC biopolymer foam stabilizer. The optimized drilling fluid system displays better inhibitive ability and anti-collapse effect. The field application results show that the reservoir permeability recovery after damage is more than 87%,the borehole collapse can be effectively controlled,the drilling speed is improved and the reservoir is well protected.
