摘　　要：以Med CERTAIN和Med CIRCLE项目为例,介绍网络信息评价的评价性元数据方法,分析其应用原理,即元数据规范是评价基础、合作与互操作是保障机制、质量等级划分是评价导向,总结其优点和不足。The paper takes two projects of Med CERTAIN and Med CIRCLE for example, introduces evaluative metadata method for network information evaluation, analyzes its application principles, that is, metadata specification is the basis of evaluation, cooperation and interoperation is the safeguard mechanism, quality grading is the evaluation guidance. It summarizes advantages and shortcomings of the method.
