摘　　要：分析数字图书馆的未来发展。指出图书馆界一方面想要利用Google,另一方面又怕Google吞噬了自己。在知识产权问题上,Google与其他参与方的利益分配不均,充分体现出建立利益平衡机制的必要性。然后指出参与方本身应当看淡自身经济利益,并在合作中做出让步,从而促进网络环境下知识传播结构的重组。The paper analyzes the future development of digital library, points out that on one hand library wants to use Google, on the other hand library fears of being devoured by Google. On the issue of intellectual property rights, the interests are uneven between Google and other participants, which fully embodies the necessity to establish a mechanism of balancing of interests. Finally, the paper points out that participants should place less value on their own economic interests, and make concessions in cooperation, so as to promote reorganization of structure of knowledge dissemination in the network environment.
