超声诊断颈部淋巴结结核的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在颈部淋巴结结核诊断中的应用价值,以提高颈部淋巴结结核的超声诊断率。方法回顾性分析确诊为颈部淋巴结结核68例患者的临床资料,总结颈部淋巴结结核的超声声像图特征,包括淋巴结分布特点、形态特征、纵横比、内部回声以及血流特点等进行综合分析。结果颈部淋巴结结核具有较典型的声像图特点:1累及颈部相邻解剖区域的淋巴结;2数目多,呈串珠状排列;3内部回声呈结节型、低回声团块型、液化型、混合型。结论超声在颈部淋巴结结核诊断中具有一定的优势,可以作为该病的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of cervical scrofula so as to improve the accurate diagnostic rate. Methods 68 patients of the ultrasound features of cervical scrofula diagnosed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The lymph- nodes quantity,appearance,cites,morphology,internal echoes,longitudinal- transversal proportion on ultrasound,integrated with clinical features were comprehensively analyzed. Results The typical features of ultrasound diagnosis of cervical scrofula were considered and the typical features were as follow： A lot of lymph nodes enlargement on the adjacent regions; Beaded change; The multi- internal- echoes on multi- lymph nodes or every- lymph node. These were classified into nodular type,low echo mass type,fluid type,low echo mass and mixed liquid type. Conclusion The ultrasound characteristics is valuable for diagnosis of cervical scrofula and is prior to other diagnostic modality. Ultrasound will be the first choice for diagnosis of cervical scrofula.
