摘 要:采用筛分法对高相对分子质量驱油聚合物BC-T-1进行了粒径分级。利用SEM和SEM-EDS等技术对分级后得到的BC-T-1颗粒进行了表征,研究了不同粒径区间的颗粒性能。表征结果显示,BC-T-1颗粒为不规则形状,粒径分布不均匀,粒径小于180μm的颗粒含量为3.08%(w),粒径大于850μm的颗粒含量为4.68%(w),达到了驱油聚合物的技术指标。BC-T-1颗粒表面为多孔结构和平滑结构,多孔结构较平滑结构水解更为充分。随颗粒粒径的增大,相对分子质量增大、表观黏度增大。BC-T-1在粉碎过程中,由于机械剪切降解作用,颗粒粒径越小,受机械剪切作用频率越高,聚合物降解越显著,相对分子质量越低。The particle size of a flooding polymer(BC-T-1) with high relaive molecular mass was fractionalized through the sieve method. The particles in different size intervals were characterized by means of SEM and SEM-EDS. The influences of the particle sizes on their properties were investigated. The results showed that BC-T-1 exhibited irregular shape and wide size distribution,and the contents of the BC-T-1 particles(size180 μm and 850 μm) were 3.08%(w) and 4.68%(w),respectively,which reached the technical specifications of flooding polymers. The particles showed both porous and smooth surfaces. The particles with porous surface were hydrolyzed more fully than those with smooth surface. With increasing the particle size,the molecular weight and apparent viscosity increased. In crushing process,due to the polymer degradation in the mechanical shearing,the smaller particle size was,the higher mechanical shearing frequency was. So,with increasing the mechanical shearing frequency,the polymer degradation was more obvious and its molecular weight was lower.
