摘　　要：针对下注钢锭中出现的超声检测不合格和气体超标的质量问题,对浇注速度、保护渣加入方式、钢锭二次氧化控制等浇注工艺进行了改进。There appeared some quality problems in the bottom pouring ingot, such as the unqualified ultrasonic testing and the gas content out of requirements. Aiming at these problems, the pouring rate, the adding method of mold powder and the seeondary oxidation control of ingot have been improved.
