摘　　要：根据碱性酚醛树脂砂的特性,通过加入特慢酯、对底床进行改进等一系列措施,解决了碱性酚醛树脂砂在大型厚壁铸件造型中的问题,铸件表面质量大幅提高。In accordance with the characteristic of alkaline phenolic resin sand, by adding the low-speed firming agent and improving the bottom sand mould, this series of measures has solved the modeling problem of alkaline phe- nolic resin sand for super-huge thick wall castings. Meanwhile, the surface quality of castings has been improved great-ly.
