摘  要:目的了解本科护生临床实习初期的压力感受,分析其实习需求和情感体验,为护理教育者引导本科护生有效缓解实习压力提供参考。方法 2014年5月采用目的抽样法选取在大连市某三级甲等医院实习的护理本科生13名,以半结构式深入访谈法了解本科护生对实习初期压力的体验,并采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法分析提炼主题。结果本科护生实习初期的压力体验主要包括4个主题:对知识与技能的需求、存在人际交往的压力、对实习环境的不满、对生活护理的排斥。结论本科护生实习初期承受的来自环境、工作、患者等多方面的压力,护理管理者和护理教育者应采取有效措施减轻护生的实习压力,使其顺利实现从一名学生到一名护士的转变。Objective To understand the stress experience of undergraduate nursing students during early stage of internship, and analyze their requirements and emotional experience, so as to provide references for nursing educators to guide nursing students to relieve the stress.Methods Phenomenological method was used in the study, 13 nursing students were investigated by semi-structured interviews, and the themes were abstracted.Results Four themes were summarized as follow: demanding for knowledge and skills, interpersonal stress, dissatisfy with internship environment, rejecting daily care.Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students suffered multiple pressures from environment,job and patients in their early stage of internship.Nursing managers and educators should explore positive and effective methods to relieve the students' stress and achieve the role transfer from students to nurses much easier.
