微信平台信息支持对颈动脉支架置入术后出院患者服药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微信平台信息支持方式对颈动脉支架置入术后出院患者服药依从性的影响。方法便利抽样选择2012年6月至2013年5月在第三军医大学大坪医院行颈动脉支架置入术后患者138例,按出院先后顺序分为观察组69例和对照组69例,对照组患者出院后按常规随访,观察组患者出院时指导其加入支架微信管理平台,短信平台定期向其或其家属发送微信支持信息,提醒按时服药、疾病相关知识和随访时间等内容,并通过互动交流助其解决实际问题。比较两组患者出院后1、3、6个月和1年后的服药依从性优良率。结果出院1个月时两组患者服药依从性优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3、6个月和1年时观察组患者服药依从性优良率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论对颈动脉支架置入术后出院患者采用微信平台支持的方式,能及时提醒患者按时服药、注意休息、适当运动、疾病相关知识和定期随访时间等事宜,对提高患者院外遵医服药依从性有积极的推动作用。Objective To discuss the effect of Wechat platform information support on medication compliance of patients underwent carotid artery stenting.Methods By convenience sampling, 138 cases of patients were selected and equally divided into observation group and control group. The control group patients received routine follow-up after discharge. The observation group was guided to add into the Wechat information management platform when discharged with the platform regularly send support information to the patient or family, to remind to take medicine on time,disease related knowledge, and follow- up time etc, and also through interactive solving practical problems.The medication adherence of patients in 1st,3rd and 6th months and 1 year were compared. Results There was no statistical significance of the medication compliance of two groups of patients in first months of discharge （P〉0.05）.The medication compliances in 3rd and 6th months and 1 year in observation group were better than those in control group （all P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The application of Wechat platform information support to medication compliance of patients underwent carotid artery stenting can timely remind patients to take medicine, pay attention to rest, proper exercise, disease related knowledge and regular follow-up etc, which has positive effect on promoting the medication compliance of patients outside the hospital.
