摘　　要：目的探讨中药饮片丝瓜络碱溶性多糖提取工艺。方法采用碱溶液进行提取,在单因素试验基础上,选取料液比、提取时间、提取温度进行正交试验,研究丝瓜络碱溶性多糖提取的最佳工艺。结果最佳提取工艺参数为料液比1∶30 g/m L、提取时间2 h、提取温度60℃。结论该法提取速度快、效率高、工艺稳定、重复性好。Objective To investigate the extraction technology of alkaline soluble polysaccharides in Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces Retinervus luffac Fructus. Methods The alkaline solution was adopted for conducting the extraction,on the basis of single factor test,the solid- liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature were selected for conducting the orthogonal experiment to explore the optimum extraction technology of alkaline soluble polysaccharide in Retinervus luffac Fructus. Results The optimum extraction parameters were the solid- liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 30 g / m L,the extraction time of 2 h and the extraction temperature of 60 ℃. Conclusion This optimized method has rapid extracting speed,high efficiency,stable technology and good repeatability.
