摘　　要：目的研究痛风消颗粒与其功能主治有关的药效学。方法采用大鼠痛风性关节炎模型及大鼠急性血瘀模型观察治疗痛风性关节炎和活血化瘀的作用,采用小鼠高尿酸血症模型观察降低尿酸的作用,采用小鼠扭体法和耳肿胀法分别观察镇痛、消炎的作用。结果与结论痛风消颗粒对急性炎症有较强的抗炎作用,且能降低尿酸,同时还具有一定外周镇痛和活血化瘀作用,为临床治疗急性痛风性关节炎提供了药理学依据。Objective To study the pharmacodynamics related to the function and indications of Tongfengxiao Granules. Methods The rat gouty arthritis model and rat acute blood stasis model were adopted for observing the effects of Tongfengxiao Granules in the treatment of gouty arthritis,and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,respectively. The mice writhing test and ear swelling method were used to observe the analgesic and anti- inflammation effects of Tongfengxiao Granules. Results and Conclusion Tongfengxiao Granules has the strong anti- inflammatory effect on acute inflammation and also can reduce the uric acid level. At the same time it has certain peripheral analgesic effect and the action of activating circulation and removing blood stasis,which provides a pharmacologic basis for its treatment of acute gouty arthritis in clinic.
