骨痹回春汤内服联合骨痹散外用治疗腰肌劳损疗效及经济性分析  

Effect and Economic Analysis of Oral Gubihuichun Decoction Combined with Gubi Powder by External Application for Treating Lumbar Muscle Strain

摘　　要：目的观察骨痹回春汤内服联合骨痹散外用治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效及分析其经济性。方法将184例腰肌劳损患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各92例。对照组患者予以万通筋骨片治疗,观察组患者予以内服骨痹回春汤联合外敷骨痹散治疗。结果观察组患者的总有效率为73.91%,明显高于对照组的66.30%(P<0.05);观察组患者人均医疗开支为(575.46±98.53)元,人均日费用为(25.36±5.34)元,均明显低于对照组的(1 336.28±213.41)元和(63.23±10.47)元(P<0.05);观察组患者疗效/费用比为(0.129±0.037),明显高于对照组的(0.049±0.008)(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.26%,明显低于对照组的8.70%(P<0.05)。结论内服骨痹回春汤联合外敷骨痹散治疗腰肌劳损安全、有效,且能显著降低患者的医疗支出,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral Gubihuichun Decoction combined with Gubi Powder by external application in the treatment lumbar muscle strain and to conduct its economic analysis. Methods Totally 184 patients with lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,92 cases in each group. The control group received the treatment of Wantong Jingu Tablets,while the observation group was treated by oral Gubihuichun Decoction combined with Gubi Powder by external application. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 73. 91%,which was significantly higher than 66. 30%in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the per capita medical cost in the observation group was（ 575. 46 ± 98. 53） RMB,per capita daily cost was（ 25. 36 ± 5. 34） RMB,which were significantly lower than（ 1 336. 28 ± 213. 41） RMB and（ 63. 23 ± 10. 47） RMB in the control group respectively（ P〈0. 05）; the occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3. 26%,which was significantly lower than 8. 70% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Oral Gubihuichun Decoction combined with Gubi Powder by external application is safe and effective in treating lumbar muscle strain,can significantly reduce the medical cost of the patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
