异形轴套挤压成形数值模拟及模具载荷分析

摘　　要：分析了异形轴套的成形难度,结合Deform软件对异形轴套的挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,研究了零件在预成形过程中的应力场、应变场、载荷的变化情况。根据这些参数的变化分析预成形过程中的各个参数对异形轴套成形的影响,确定了采用冷挤压工艺成形异形轴套的可行性,为异形轴套的实际生产提供理论依据和支持。Through the analysis of the difficulty of forming the special-shaped shaft sleeve,we did the extrusion process numerical simulation with DEFORM software. The change of stress field,strain field and load of the components in the pre forming process were analyzed. According to the impact of these changes which are the analysis of pre parameters in the forming process of the shaft sleeve forming,we decided the feasibility of using forming the special-shaped shaft sleeve of the cold extrusion technology,which provides the theory basis and the support for the practical production of it.
