带短路线圈的频敏变阻器在热剪电动机启动和转差率调节方面的应用

摘　　要：转子串频敏电阻器是绕线型异步电动机普遍采用的一种启动方式。通过改变电动机主回路接线,启动用频敏变阻器可以兼作转差率调节变阻器。以某钢厂热剪电动机为例,详细介绍了带短路线圈的频敏变阻器在电动机启动和转差率调节两方面的综合应用。The method of rotor winding connecting frequency-sensitive rheostat is widely used in the wound-rotor asynchronous motors starting. By the changing of main circuit connection,the frequencysensitive rheostat of motor starting could also be used in the slip adjustment. Taking the hot-shear of a steel plant as an example,the integrated application of with short-circuit windings of frequency-sensitive rheostat was introduced in details.
