高校科研产出国外研究述评

摘　　要：在我国大力创建世界一流大学的背景下,高校科研产出一直是各高等院校及学者关注的重点。国外对科研产出的研究由来已久,研究领域涉及科研产出的各个方面。采用定性研究方法,从科研产出的维度界定、测算方法、资料收集方法及评价等角度对国外相关文献进行述评,结果表明:维度界定形成了成果论和行为-成果论两大研究流派;测算的研究主要关注科研产出的计算和数据收集方法;科研产出作为重要的评价指标在评价大学、研究生院等方面已有较多成功案例。Under the background of creating world-class university strenuously in China, research output of universities is one of the popular topics in scientific research evaluation at home and abroad. The study of research output has a long history abroad, and the research field of research output contains various aspects. Based on the recent studies relevant to research output, the paper illustrates its definition of dimensions, ways of measurement, evaluation method and application. Using qualitative research method, the results show that： there appear two main research schools of research output dimensions： research achievement, research behavior and research achievement; research about ways of measurement mainly pay attention to calculation and data collection methods of research output; as an important evaluation index, research output is widely used to evaluate universities or graduate schools.
