摘　　要：以玉树地震灾害医疗救援实践为基础,探讨高原地区抗震救灾及其他灾害救援行动中的特点和规律,总结军队医院在高原地区灾害医疗救援中的经验和不足,并对高原地区军队医院加强应急卫勤保障机制建设、提升核心卫勤保障能力、完成多样化卫勤保障任务提出了对策。Based on the practice of earthquake disaster medical relief in Yushu, the paper explored the characteristics and the general laws on earthquake relief and another disaster relief work in plateau area, and summarized the experience and the insufficiency. Then provided some countermeasures and proposals on enhancing mechanical construction of military hospital＇s emergency medical support, improving ability of military medical support, and fulfilling multiple medical support tasks.
