摘  要:新时期新形势之下,要提高军人的英雄血性,必须有计划地开展心理训练。心理训练的方法有情景体验训练法、挑战极限训练法、自我调控训练法。情境体验训练法包括模拟实战场景、运用实战演练,挑战极限训练法包括挑战生理极限训练、挑战心理极限训练,自我调控训练法包括胜利目标激励法、注意转换法、自我暗示训练、表象训练法。笔者通过阐述新时期开展心理训练的各种方法,为培养血性的中国军人,铸造有血性的中国军队提供参考。Under the new period and new circumstances, for improving soldier's courage and uprightness, psychological training must be planed to carry out. The ways to train psychological include situational experience, challenging the limits, and selfcontrol. Situational experience training contains simulated combat scenario, using practical exercise; challenging the limits training covers challenging the physical and psychological limits; self-control training includes incentive of victory target, attentional shift, self-suggestion, and imagery training. Through explaining the methods of psychological training, the author intends to offer reference for cultivating the courage and uprightness of soldier and army in China.
