摘　　要：采用文献资料法、测试法以及数理统计法,对沈阳化工大学在校大学生体质健康状况进行调查,掌握大学生的体质健康现状和特点,找出其存在的问题,提出合理性的建议,为进一步改善和提高大学生的体质健康状况及高校体育教学改革提供科学依据。By using the method of documents, test and statistics, this article analyzes the present condition of physical health in Shenyang University of Chemical Technology students, get students＇ physical fitness condition and characteristics, find out the existing problems, make reasonable suggestions, thus providing scientific basis for further improvements of college students＇ physical fitness condition and PE teaching reform in universities.
