中国十大城市群高等教育投入和产业集聚水平对区域经济增长的共轭驱动研究

摘　　要：高等教育投入的多少和产业集聚水平的高低都将在不同程度上影响区域经济增长。以中国十大城市群为研究对象,构建高等教育投入和产业集聚水平促进经济增长的共轭驱动模型,并采用SPSS17.0的成对样本T检验分析法,对2000~2012年中国十大城市群高等教育投入和产业集聚水平的相关数据进行实证研究。通过对比分析中国十大城市群高等教育投入和产业集聚水平的优劣状况,得出中国十大城市群之间高等教育投入和产业集聚水平促进经济增长的共轭驱动状态,研究表明:中国十大城市群整体的高等教育投入与产业集聚水平存在长期均衡关系;中国十大城市群内的各城市群的高等教育投入和产业集聚水平呈现出明显的地区间非均衡差异。因而在制定高等教育和产业集聚政策时需要根据中国十大城市群高等教育投入和产业集聚水平的具体情况,制定与之相适应的政策措施。The quantity of higher education investments and the level of industrial agglomeration will affect the regional economic growth to various extents. With China^s top urban agglomerations as the research object, this paper establishes a conjugated economic development model based on their higher education investments and their levels of industrial agglomeration, and uses the paired sample T test analysis of SPSS 17.0 to have an empirical study of the related data from 2000 to 2012 in connection with China＇s top ten urban agglomerations of higher education invegtments and their levels of indus- trial agglomeration. This comparative study reveals the present situations of their conjugated econom- ic development, and concludes that on the whole there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between their higher education investments and their industrial agglomeration levels, but there are clear re- gional differences. Thus, the related policy-making and measures should take the actual situations in- to serious consideration for ensuring a balanced development.
