摘　　要：为推动地面数字电视标准应用和普及,对国内外地面数字电视标准与技术发展、推广普及情况进行研究,结合我国产业现状和标准推广情况分析,提出推动地面数字电视接收机普及的技术手段和管理措施,形成普及地面数字电视标准和应用的建设方案,为我国地面数字电视标准推广和普及实施提供借鉴。For the purpose of accelarating application and popularization of terrestrial digital TV standard, the status of standards, technology development and its popularization at home and abroad are reviewed, suggestion of technological and management measures of promoting the popularization of terrestrial digital TV receiver are introduced based on the analysis of China＇s current situation of the industry and standard popularization, a work scheme of promoting terrestrial digital TV standard and its application is proposed, which plays a referential role in promotion and popularization implementation o/t terrestrial digita TV standard.
