基于科技查新档案的临床医学研究特征与创新性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨地方临床医学科研课题的一般特征及创新性,以便有的放矢做好查新服务工作。方法:从2012-2014年桂林医学院图书馆380份委托查新课题档案整理分析入手,对课题研究对象、层次、场所、方法及新颖性等五方面进行计数统计并分组进行卡方检验比较。结果:2012-2013年课题新颖性主要体现在效应指标上,2014年新颖性则主要体现在介入因素上(x2=110.12,P<0.01),2012-2013年效应指标新颖性以综合性指标为主,2014年则以敏感性指标为主(x2=44.10,P<0.01)。结论:了解和把握临床科研特点及新颖性可更好服务于临床科研,可更有效地引导和鼓励科研创新。Objective To improve the scientific literature novelty assessment by studying the characteristics and novelty of researches in clinical medicine. Methods The objects,levels,locations,methods and novelty of 380 scientific literature novelty assessment files in Library of Guilin Medical College from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed by chi-square test. Results The novelty of researches was mainly manifested as an effect index in 2012-2013 and as an intervention factor in 2014（ x2= 110.12,P0.01）. The novelty of effect index was mainly manifested as a comprehensive index in 2012-2013 and as a sensitivity index in 2014（ x2= 44.10,P0.01）. Conclusion Understanding and keeping abreast of the characteristics and novelty of researches in clinical medicine can serve them better and more effectively encourage their innovation.
