摘  要:本文综述了芳香化合物各种硝化反应工艺和生产现状,对比了的连续法新工艺和传统间歇法工艺优缺点。连续硝化反应新技术与传统硝化工艺相比,极大提高传热效率,可使硝化反应较为安全、远离爆炸危险,达到生产过程本质安全的目的。Various nitration process and manufacture status of aromatic compounds were reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages between traditional batch process and new continuous process were compared. The conclusion showed that heat transfer efficiency was greatly improve with new continuous process; continuous nitration process was much more safety than before because explosion was avoided. Intrinsic safety could be realized in manufacture by the new nitration process.
