摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观的培育本质上是一种传播活动,因而离不开对传播学理论的吸收、借鉴和运用。在社会主义核心价值观的培育过程中,要注重吸收"把关人"理论,对传播信息进行严格把关;借鉴议程设置理论,主动、巧妙进行议程设置;吸纳意见领袖理论,充分发挥意见领袖的建设性作用。只有自觉吸收、借鉴和运用传播学理论,才能优化传播效果,不断提升社会主义核心价值观培育工作的实效性。The cultivation of socialist core values cannot do without the absorption, use and reference of communication theory, and as the essence, ting socialist core values, we should refer to it is a kind of communication. In the process of cuhiva- ＂gatekeeper＂ theory to check on the disseminated infor- mation strictly, and use the agenda setting theory to set agenda actively and cleverly, and absorb the opinion leader theory to make fully play of the constructive role of opinion leaders. Only communica- tion theory is absorbed, referred to and used conscientiously, the effect of communication can be opti- mized and the effectiveness of work of cultivating socialist core values can be constantly improved.
