重组人生长激素治疗重症烧伤患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探究重组人生长激素（ rhGH）在治疗重症烧伤患者时的临床疗效。方法笔者将2011年12月～2013年12月收治的84例重症烧伤患者分为实验组和对照组；实验组42例，治疗过程中给予重组人生长激素；对照组42例，给予生理盐水安慰剂。对所有患者术前、术后生长激素、血糖、胰岛素、胰高血糖素，以及前蛋白、血浆总蛋白、患者住院时间等进行统计分析。结果在使用rhGH 3d后，实验组的血生长激素浓度开始升高，且数值高于对照组，两者差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；从第10天开始，患者血清中前白蛋白（ PA）、血浆总蛋白（ Tb）差异逐渐明显，同时实验组患者住院时间也低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；此外，两组患者体内的皮质醇和胰高血糖素在整个观察期间无明显差异，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论 rhGH在治疗重症烧伤患者时具有较好的临床疗效，能降低患者不良反应的发生率，减少住院时间，值得临床运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human growth hormone（ rhGH） in the treatment of patients with severe burn.Methods In our hospital,84 severe burn patients were divided into the ex-perimental group and the control group.Forty-two patients in the experimental group were administered while the other 42 cases in the control group were given saline as placebo.Growth hormone before and after surgery,blood glucose,insulin,glucagon,and prealbumin（PA）,total blood serum protein（Tb） and hospitalization time were ana-lyzed in all patients.Results In the 3rd day after the use of rhGH,blood growth hormone concentration in the con-trol group began to increase and was higher than that of the control group with significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . From the 10th day on,difference of PA and Tb in the serum of patients became obvious gradually.The hospitaliza-tion time of patients in the experimental group was less than that of the control group with statistically significant differences（ P〈0.05） .In addition,the content of cortisol and glucagon in two groups during the whole observation period showed no significant difference（ P〉0.05） .Conclusion rhGH has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of severe burn patients.It can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and hospitalization time and is worthy of clinical application.
