摘 要:以过氧化物1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)为交联剂、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,通过模压法制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)发泡材料,系统研究了不同醋酸乙烯酯(VA)含量的EVA树脂的硫化发泡行为。结果表明,VA含量对树脂的硫化发泡性能和力学性能影响显著。随着VA含量的增加,胶料的正硫化时间降低,交联程度下降,发泡倍率、泡孔密度和材料密度增大,泡孔尺寸变窄;材料的力学性能降低;而当VA=80%时,发泡材料的密度、交联程度、力学性能都降至最低,同时材料的冲击回弹率也达到最小值,表明材料具有优异的减震性能,可作为减震材料应用于鞋底中。EVA ( ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer resin) foamed materials were prepared by using the method of compression molding, with BIPB (bis (t -butyl peroxy isopropy) benzene) as crosslinker and AC (azodicarbonamide) as foamer. The effect of VA (vinyl acetate) content on the vulcanization, foamability, mechanical and compression performances of EVA foamed materials were systematically investigated. The results show that VA content has a great effect on the vulcanization, foamability and mechanical performances of EVA foamed materials. As the VA content increases, curing time, crosslinking degree and cell size of the EVA materials decrease, foaming ratio, cell density and materials density increase. Mechanical properties of the materials decline with increasing VA content. With the VA content of 80%, the density, crosslinking degree and mechanical properties of the foamed material are minimum, and as well as the impact resilience, which can be used for insole shock absorption materials.
