摘  要:以皮鞋中易挥发性有害物质为研究目标,采用23L鞋类易挥发物收集试验箱对样品进行处理,通过Tenax—TA管富集,热脱附/冷阱捕集/气相色谱质谱(GC—MS)对箱内气体进行了测定,优化了样品前处理时间及温度。同时通过定性分析,检出样品中含有醛、酮、烯烃、烷烃、卤代烃、苯系物等易挥发性有害物质,并建立了相关物质的定量分析方法。结果表明:该方法线性范围宽,检出限低,回收率88.11%~101.18%,除萘、1一丁醇外,相对标准偏差为3.46%~4.93%(n=7)。该方法可用于皮鞋中易挥发性有害物质的测定。Volatile hazardous chemicals in leather shoes sample were collected with 23L thermostat. After the chemicals were enriched by Tenax - TA kit, the compositions of the gas in the thermostat were analyzed by thermal desorption - cold trap combined with gas chromatography -mass spectrography, and then, incubating time and temperature of the gas sample pretreatment were optimized. Meanwhile, through the quantitative analysis, the conclusion was drawn that the gas samples containing aldehydes, ketones, olefins, alkanes, halohydrocarbon, benzene taxic and etc. toxic matters, and then the quantitative analysis method was established for determining the related volatile hazardous chemicals in leather shoes. The results show that the method has a wide linear range, low detection limits. The recovery percentage range is between 88.11% and 101.18%. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n =7) range is between 3.46% and 4.93% except naphthalene and 1 -butanol. The procedure is suitable for the determination of volatile hazardous chemicals in leather shoes.
