摘 要:目的:探讨5种尿沉渣染色法的最佳染色条件及效果。方法:180例尿沉渣异常标本,分别采用尿沉渣Sternheimer染色法(S染色法)、尿沉渣Sternheimer-Malbin改良染色法(S-M染色法)、Berhe-Muhlberg染色法(B-M染色法)、阿利新兰-中性红染色法(阿-中染色法)及瑞氏-姬姆萨复合染色法(瑞-姬染色法)进行染色,观察5种染色方法最佳效果时的染液与尿液比例及染色时间。结果:尿沉渣S和S-M染色法染液与尿液比例2∶1和1∶1染2~5 min时背景清晰,S染色法有形成分结构清晰易辨别,S-M染色法有形成分结构着色略差,两者比较差别不大(P〉0.05);B-M染色法、阿-中染色法及瑞-姬染色法染色法有形成分的着色与背景相似,结构模糊,细菌不着色,杂质较多,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但与S、S-M染色方法比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:尿沉渣S和S-M染色法染色效果佳,尤以S染色法最佳。Objective: To explore the effects of 5 urinary sediment staining methods. Methods:A to- tal of 180 eases of abnormal urinary sediment samples were stained by Sternheimer staining method ( S method), modified Sternheimer - Malbin staining method ( S - M method), Berhe - Muhlberg staining method ( B - M method), Alcian blue and neutral red staining method ( A method) and Wright Giem- sa staining method (W method), the dye and urine proportion, the dyeing time were observed when a- components with the dye and urine proportion of 2:1 and 1 : 1, dyeing 2 - 5 min, and S - M method dyed slightly worse, the differences between the two methods were not significant (P 〉 0.05 ). Con- cerning B -M method, A method and W method, the color of visible component was similar to the background, the structure was fuzzy, the bacteria were not colored, and the impurities were more, the differences among the three methods were not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ), but compared with S method and S - M method, the differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: S method has the best stai- ning effects.
