LPA对比CA125在卵巢癌不同临床分期中表达水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨溶血磷脂酸(LPA)及糖类抗原125(CA125)在卵巢癌不同临床分期中的表达情况及对卵巢癌的监测价值。方法回顾性分析2013年1-12月广州市第一人民医院收治的112例不同临床分期卵巢癌患者的LPA和CA125含量,同时选择同期68例卵巢良性肿瘤及60例正常体检女性的血浆LPA和CA125作为对照。结果良性肿瘤组和正常体检组的LPA和CA125值均低于卵巢癌组(P<0.05);卵巢癌患者Ⅰ-Ⅲ期患者LPA水平随着临床分期由早到晚呈现上升趋势(P<0.05),但Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期间差异无统计学意义(P=0.128)。CA125水平也随着临床分期由早到晚呈现上升趋势(P<0.05)。此外,卵巢癌患者LPA阳性率要高于CA125阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.956,P=0.015)。结论 LPA与CA125均可作为卵巢癌的监测指标,LPA在卵巢癌检测中具有更高的敏感性。Objective To explore the expression levels and the monitoring value of lysophospholipids acid（LPA） and carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125） in different clinical stages of ovarian cancer. Methods LPA and CA125 levels from 112 ovarian cancer patients with different clinical stage were analyzed through a retrospective analysis in the First People＇s Hospital of Guangzhou City from January to December 2013. At the same time, the LPA and CA125 levels of 68 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 60 cases of healthy women were chosen as comparison. Results The LPA and CA125 levels of ovarian cancer patients were higher than those of benign ovarian tumor patients and healthy women（P〈0.05）. The LPA and CA125 levels increased with the clinical stage progress in patients with ovarian cancer,except that the LPA level between stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Besides, the positive rate of LPA was higher than that of CA125 of ovarian cancer（χ^2=5.956,P=0.015）. Conclusion Both LPA and CA125 can be used as the monitoring indicators of ovarian cancer, and LPA has a higher sensitivity in the detection of early stages of ovarian cancer.
