摘 要:目的了解南昆山自然保护区并殖吸虫分布现状。方法调查上坪、中坪、下坪、沙坑、焦坑、石河、甘坑、竹坝、水口和玉石等10个村山溪中的螺蛳和溪蟹,检查并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴。用检出的并殖吸虫囊蚴人工感染家猫、家犬,检查家猫、犬感染情况。结果甘坑螺蛳卫氏并殖吸虫尾蚴感染率为0.15‰(3/2 000)。螺种为放逸短沟蜷和拟钉螺。下坪、沙坑、石河、竹坝、水口、玉石等6个点蟹体卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率分别在72.22%(13/18)-86.95%(20/23)间;上坪、中坪、焦坑、甘坑等4个点蟹体卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率均为100.00%(17/17)、(19/19)、(21/21)、(27/27);10个样本点采集的溪蟹为平和华溪蟹。10个样本点溪蟹卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴总感染率为88.23%,平均感染度分别为49.18%个/只蟹,2.87个/克蟹,感染指数为124.53。石河、甘坑和竹坝村溪蟹尚检出少量斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴,3个样本点溪蟹平均斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴感染率为39.65%(23/58),平均感染度为2个/只蟹,感染指数≤0.01。解剖人工感染虫卵阳性猫1只,共检获斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫4条;解剖人工感染虫卵阳性家犬1条,共检获卫氏并殖吸虫成虫21条。结论南昆山自然保护区为卫氏并殖吸虫超高度疫源地(I级),斯氏狸殖吸虫轻度疫源地(IV级)。第一中间宿主分别为放逸短沟蜷和拟钉螺,第二中间宿主溪蟹为平和华溪蟹。Objective To investigate the popularity and distribution of Paragonimus in Nankun Mountain,Guangdong Province. Methods Freshwater snails and crabs were collected from Shangping,Zhongping,Xiaping,Shakeng, Jiaokeng,Shihe,Gankeng, Zhuba, Shuikou and Yushi Country.Cercariae and metacercariae of Paragonimus were detected. Domestic cats and dogs were inoculated artificially with detected metacercariae and used for further detection. Results The infection rates of P.w cercariae in snails were 0.15‰(3 / 2 000)in Gankeng Country.All snails were identified to be Semisulcospira libertine and Tricula. The infection rates of P.w metacercariae in crabs in the above six spots were ranged from 72.22%(13 / 18) to 86.95%(20 / 23),respectively.The infection rates of Paragonimus in four sites including Shangping were 100%.All freshwater crabs obtained in the above ten sampling sites are Sinopotamon pinheense. The overall infection rate of metacercariae of Paragonimus was 88.23%(165 / 187). On the average, each crab carried 49.18.metacercariae,while 2.87 metacerariae can be found in a single gram of crab. The corresponding infection index was124.53. Furthermore,we found metacercariae of Pagumogonimus skrjabini in crabs in the following sampling sites : Sihe,Ganken, and Zhuba Village, where the overall infection rate of its metacercariae was 39.65%(23 / 58). On the average,each crab carried two metacercariae, and the infection index was less than 0.01. A mixed infection of P.w and P.s exists in Shihe,Gankeng and Zhuba Country was found. Twenty-one adults of P.w and four adults of P.s were found in domestic dogs and domestic cats inoculated with Paragonimus metacercariae. Conclusion Nankun Mountain is considered to be a ultrahigh infectious focus of P. w(Grade I) and a mild infectious focus of P.s(Grade IV). The first intermediate host snail species in Nankun Mountain areas were identified as Semisulcospira libertine and Tricula. The second intermediate host crab species were also identified as Sinopotam
